Ocean Beach Management was formed in 1990 to provide bookkeeping services for smaller associations. During the next five years, the company grew solely from referrals, and expanded its services to include full service property management.

 

We are currently servicing over 750 condominium units comprised of buildings listed on the Client List page.

 

Our main focus is to provide excellent service for all associations regardless of their size.

  • Tax exempt status document prepared for State and Federal agencies
  • Free storage of Association documents and records
  • Monthly financial reports; copies of bank statements and reconciliation reports (hard copies or emailed)
  • Free computerize checks and vendor postage
  • Weekly building inspections for managed properties
  • Annual disclosure documents prepared at a nominal fee and sent to each owner
  • 24 hour emergency service for managed properties
  • Access to Association attorney specializing in association matters
  • Option of property management or bookkeeping services only
  • Free website set up for managed properties

 

Member of ECHO and C.A.I., organizations comprised of national and State homeowner’s associations, property managers, attorneys, developers and related service people. Membership provides access to the latest legislation enacted affecting homeowners’ associations; problem solving; up to date financial requirements, and a wealth of information useful to Board Members.

 

Over 25 years related experience in the title and escrow field.
